Same issue but getting error code D-0020 on Minecraft for Windows (1.21.121) for child account. Prior to 1.21.120, dressing room, marketplace and servers were accessible, with 1.21.120 - error code drowned, now no access.
Seeing the same issue on m son's account, remains in the task list after closing. Trying to restart gives ‘Minecraft already running’ error.
Error code Drowned seems to be resolved but no access to Market place, custom skins or custom servers…Feels like half a fix!
Internet disconnect is not working for us. Also have an angry child who can’t play! This is clearly an issue in the authentication process and not the PC.
Same issue since 1.21.120 - still an issue on 1.21.121
