Mojang problably doesn't pay attention to this issue as it is older. If we could create a new issue about this same problem. maybe it will draw attention to this one.
Wait, they are telling us it isn't supposed to be in here. Then how come on Minecraft.net, there is a Founder's Cape skin pack. I didn't even own the skin pack and I had it. There have been similar capes to the Founder's Cape in the past Minecons, but the Founders cape wasnt in a Minecon that I am aware of.
This may solve some problems, but not all.
Go to Settings.
Then to Storage.
There will be options to go to Worlds, TExture Packs, and DLC off of the Marketplace.
To delete, click on what you want to delete and press the trash can icon that pops up.
You can still redownload MArketplace content.
Oh, and Minecraft only has a 1.1 GB storage space on Switch.
I have the same problem on Switch, except both capes went.

Every time I try to link an account, the code expires before I can finish.
