Can confirm on vanilla 1.17 server. Minecraft doesn't spread grass in spawn chunks but entities still tick so sheep eat all the damm grass

Can confirm on windows launcher does not save JVM Arguments or custom java path.
Edit: Also seems like custom install path doesn't save
