I confirm this is still affecting version 1.19.71, this may be caused by the new intent to make players able to crouch 1.5 blocks, in fact the camera now drops lower when crouching.
I have precisely the same problem, I thought it was a server error where I play.

The music of c418 has a very low volume compared to the general audio and the music of other authors.
Fixed in 1.20.0.21
I have tried the latest preview 1.20.0.21 and the problem was solved. I am attaching screenshots of the same area, one in the official version and the other in the previously mentioned preview.
