Ok, I got it to work once, but then that store with the strange new wrap came back.  Also the store, when loading is doubling (at least) the content.  This means there are two versions.  

I only have one other account with MC that this could be pulling from, my Java account.

Strangely though, my Java has not been moved yet to MS, However, when logging in, it has the same name or did as my bedrock for ps4 account.

Does Java have it's own unique store? I know that sounds completely stupid but I am old school and there was no centralized anything for Java and I have never seen one.  On the other hand the ONE thing we all have in common is this same store skin.  Other players I know who play cross platform but do not have any other microsoft accounts running MC do not have this issue or this store.  It is like the PlayStation store and the bedrock store are running on top of one another.

Same for 1.17.41 for me as well.  The matketplace is utterly broken.  Cannot use any packs bought period!

Ps4 has 651gb system FREE Storage

Only Using 240 mb of MC STORAGE

Have 0 resource packs activated besides Vanilla

Using 0mb of Online storage, I DO NOT HAVE an external HD or Storage.

All Cache including PS4 cache has been deleted.

Problem still persists.  I believe this is a handshake issue between MS servers and PS servers.  OR this is a problem with the new "resource pack" that is the marketplace new look and the Halloween Splash Page 

I DO NOT believe this is a speed issue.  I run on a low average 100mbs.  

Please help us.  I have spent money that I cannot use the product.  

I do NOT want a refund.

Today I got a notification when coming to xheck on the status of the ticket that I should not comment here unless I have updates and it  redirected me to the "If you want a refund" comment.  

I have an update.

I logged in on ps4 v1.17.40

I went to update my one pack and it was letting me.  HOWEVER, It said "Update Failed"

I attempted again and now again I get the error msg of do not have enough space on my system.  I will not repeat pictures that are for some reason double posted on the 21st.

I do NOT want a refund.

I do NOT believe this has anything to do with any pack.  

missing_texture in the marketplace, my content, and even my setting of mc is a MC issue.

I have accounts on all platforms, please try to replicate this on a ps4.  All of us here are having the issue on that platform.

1.17.40 Did nothing for me!  This is very saddening.  I am working or WAS with two other builders and a command person to open a new realm.  Work has come to a complete halt since 1,17.34 and continues to be halted.  

I have uninstalled, reinstalled, deleted, reformatted the drive, reinstalled after I saw on discord there was a new update... To no avail. 

I am including several pics from after the install.  They show exactly how much space I have and how little space I am using in MC and PS4 storage.  I DO NOT have any external storage, why would I? I have 651gb free space...yet I am being told I cannot download my Mozaria pack 97mb or any pack for that matter.  Also Marketplace and My Content and even now the section inside the settings that shows all the packs I own even though none are downloaded, missing_texture (pink/black check)

Please take us seriously, This is not only a personal game for me but I and others are trying to make a Realm that others can enjoy.  We have taken hundreds of hours, building it by hand and are now at a standstill.  We are building this on a Windows 10, we can no longer connect to him because of a separate confirmed ticket MCPE-143156.

@Mega_Spud The world I am building on is a superflat with previous poster @Yash.   Tho I have seen posters on other tickets and this say it affects regular worlds as well.

I am one of Yash"s builders.  I saw first hand it going from fine to unplayable.  I have uninstalled the game until this is fixed.  

My ps4 is what I am building on, I only have 3 vania worlds, I have 500gb + on ps4 and only using a tiny portion on my MC though right now not at all because if this is a memory or code leak I do not want THE GAME affecting the HD.  I seriously think this needs to be addressed.  

And not with a condescending tone that I have seen recently on other tickets that is not in character of Mojang.  

Users talking about the issues are them sending more information as it becomes available.

I should not have to fear sending more information when those in the community are working through things.  I also should not have to delete MC because none of these questions are being addressed and my brand new ps4 is severely struggling.

Please help and thank you, criticism does not mean I am against you, it means I care about this game and the community.

I agree with the timing, this was around the time of an update and the map was given for free it is why it sticks out.  I am not sure which update, but searching the different Jira tickets I see that 1.17.32 seems to be the main culprit hitting all platforms and making the RAM go through the roof on Windows 10 & Linux users and so imagine it running through 8gb gddr RAM when someone on a gaming laptop is having it take up 22+ and more of a 31gb RAM &100% CPU.  This has been reported on a separate ticket & that ticket includes all platforms. MCPE-143156

I agree that the timing was at the same time of Seaside Story, I have never once had this problem before but I am guessing this a much larger Minecraft/Marketplace and Microsoft problem as my one friend who has an older ps4 does not have the new gui for marketplace that I have yet he is running the same version. 1.17.34 He was very surprised to see that I had that.   Mine looked like it was coming directly across Microsoft Where he still has the older look.  

Hello and unfortunately I am back.  I am having  this same issue with Ps4.  It started exactly when everyone here is talking about.  Seaside Story.  It has only gotten worse since.  

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Minecraft 4 times now in 2 months. 

I have deleted all old online content and old saves and I agree that we do not truly own our content.  This saddens me so.  I am barely using 15% of my MC storage and only about 25% of my total Ps4 storage.  

Now today it is completely ruined anything after I spent 1500 for a map.  My old maps do not work either and the store has the pink and black glitched texture....

Please fix.

I can confirm this, I am looking at 1.17.34 right now on Ps4.  I just put up a pic attachment that the store says it is down on the main bug about the Marketplace.  My internet speed is over 120mbps.  This brings me back to the 14.6 hotfix which caused me to quit MC reluctantly for a time because it was unplayable.

Please fix these issues.  Also, I bought packs in editions, only one transferred over.  Now it will not let me play those hosted by a friend on the Bedrock editition... resource pack gets stuck at 0 of 0 mb....however I believe this to be a bigger issue of the Marketplace.  

Store says it is down but if I go in it is not....however, if I purchase something I can get on and I always look for something my friend can join me on, however it won't let him download the resource pack needed.  It just sticks at 0 out of 0 mb needed.  If he purchases something on the rare occasion that the store works, the same thing happens to me...if I should move this let me know.. All the Marketplace is more broke than ever since 17.11. I have had many of the above issues as well.  Telling me I had no room on my disc when I am using less than 15%.  I have had to uninstall and reinstall 2x in the past two months.  This is unacceptable.  I could use my bedrock account for windows 10...I have one.  Have a Java too but am helping build a Bedrock Realm.

Yes, thank you.  This did fix the issue .  Never had to make sure an option that was a default for creative was on before.  I did check prior to this and there was not an option, I am not the only builder of this realm and I am sure the others will be pleased to know. Thank you for your time 😉

Can confirm. This seems like they are removing that feature from consoles as a parity to java.  However, as a builder myself this is an actual downgrade and horrible waste of time that Bedrock and Java players could benefit from.  

I myself, have accounts on all versions and when you are building would love to have this feature return to console and added to all platforms.

Building by hand, worlds, even realms in creative is tedious enough to not be able to clear a hotbar.  Please fix and give to Java and Windows 10 users as well.  They deserve this great feature.

This exact thing happens on Ps4 as well.  

This also happens on PS4, but it is only my cross platform friends who's pictures get mixed up...

Also Ps4.  Virtual keyboard does not appear, It works on windows 10 because of physical keyboard

Ps4 addition, latest update but also happening before 1.17(Not experimental) 

My one skin that I created, totally gone. Some of the items in that created skin were bought.  They are no longer avail.  It only says "failed to load option" I cannot choose half the eyes in the store, My old hair is not an option as it fails to load.  If I am lucky on my newly created skin, most ppl will see it.  Otherwise, they just see Steve.  This happens across Bedrock platforms.

Also, I cannot create a skin on the furthest LEFT slot UNLESS it is a pre-owned skin.  No created skin works there, only Steve or pre-owned.  

This happened to me on my friends only survival world.  Ps4.  I have been joined 2x, and once while I was attempting to join on a friend's beta caves and cliffs experimental, it kept sending me to two ppl playing in Japan 

My world is not beta (obviously it's ps4) nor is it experimental.  Just the newest update.  

Ps4. This exact same thing is happening to me.  The only thing I could add more is that I have also lost my MC Earth skin and cape from being an early access person.  It is just gone.  I know MC EARTH is also gone, but that was a reward for having early access and now I am stuck with the plain cape.

Like the OP said, you cannot pick new hair or even your old hair, it says on everything "Failed to Load". Some if these items I purchased with real money.  My skin is gone from my profile and barely any of the purchased packs, and I have purchased many load.  

Please help us.
