I've added what I think is the world file. Let me know if its wrong or doesnt work, I wasn't too sure how to do it :]
Its a test world I made for this issue, ive tested generated chunks and height limit, if that helps in anyway :]

Sorry it's still not working for some of you, it's super frustrating!
I recommend you debug the issue yourselves (which is what led me to my solution. Download "catlog" from play store (sorry the program only works if ur rooted), fire up minecraft, wait for the error message, fire up catlog, and search for majong, read the error... Hopefully that will lead to at least you knowing what's going on, which for me was the remnants of an old texture pack
Guys, I figured out the issue and the solution. Why an idiot like me can solve this issue and not the giant company of professionals like mojang can't.
First the issue is caused by a texture pack you were using when you updated to minecraft. 0.15. I found this out by using a program to view the logcat, and found that minecraft was attempting to load the texture pack, even after Uninstalling and installing minecraft (and blocklauncher).
The solution is removing all the remnants of the texture pack and restoring the default textures... Go to Google play store, download and install "texture pack for minecraft pe" by Proton G. Open the program, click delete texture, click activate default texture packs, open minecraft, fixed
Why can't you guys fix this??? It's been months, ever since ver 15, won't open as all the others have stated. How bout at a bare minimum you let us know your at least working on it.

Ok thank you for letting me know, is there any way I can try and fix this? Uninstalling and Reinstalling is not working, ive tried multiple times. Making a new microsoft account and playing on that is not working either. Ive looked through settings, and the version files and can't seem to find anything. Is it possible that when the next update comes, that might boost my game to the right version? Just guessing at things, Sorry, and thanks for trying to help :]
