The same sort of problem happens with 6. The 6 skips down a line. (already made an issue on the 6 bug)
When i first saw this bug in-game i laughed for a while. I thought it was one of mojangs funny features until i saw it in bug tracker

Sorry if it is duplicate. There are reports slightly similar but my report focuses on just that.
dont forget paintings and item frames are not blocks but entities so they get 'killed' by the TNT
look at the photos closely and look at the hook
