This still continues in 1.16.2
I can confirm this still happens in 1.16.2
wasnt the old bug where the looting sword was in the offhand? now it works in reverse in 1.16.2 (confirmed in 1.16.2 btw)..
I almost want to say mojang fix this bug, but add something like looting for bows.
I can confirm this issue is not from modified server software, yes I had this issue on spigot and paper mc. But When I reported my ticket on this it was with vanilla single player. NOT modified as during that time most modded clients/mods etc weren't even updated to 1.13 yet at the time such as forge. This is indeed a vanilla issue. Also the pillagers dont despawn around the outposts, which tells me they wonder out of the spawn area and continue spawning more. Until this issue is resolved many of us in the spigot community had to resort to using a plugin that limited their spawns to prevent issues. For the vanilla smp servers I was on they had to use command blocks or other means to limit pillagers.

Can confirm in 1.20.4 as well for Decorated Pot not showing in block display.. same for the enderman carrying it.
