tried to reproduce the issue but it seems I've 'fixed' the glitch.  Had 12 wool and 4 sets of 3 different planks as seen in this video.  Used shift click to build max 3 beds since no room for 4th.  Last time when I opened the crafting table again - 
2022-01-18_16.50.45.png- you can see there the bed recipe is not available yet I placed the materials in the table to make 4th,   Did not created, closed crafting table and reopened shown in the final image that the bed is now an available build.

I’ll try to get a video of it later today after work. But I’ve already unlocked the recipe       In the first image you can see I’m making a bed with no recipe showing up when I just used shift clicked the recipe to make the previous 3 beds. I then closed the table without crafting a bed, reopened it and the recipe showed up after that point again. 

looks very similar, as I've noticed closing and reopening the game whenever issues arise it does sound like a memory issue.  Have not experienced a crash since likely as I restart the game before the threshold is breached.

My lag was really bad exploring chunks I had not visited before.  I was walking a west to east route after exploring areas north and south of the line I was travelling. I had no issues when in already loaded areas. 

I walked it out and there is a 16 block difference between where the large and small maps border ends.

Yup I've got a honey auto farm with 4 nests with multiple bees in each and it was running smoothly for a few days.  I could hear and read that the dispensers were firing then noticed today they were quiet.  Went over and not even a 'bee is working' text.
