Don't have PSVR.

PS4 Pro.
3. Do you have the disc in the drive, if you own it on disc?
Still have our disc but purchased also from PS Store quite a while ago and have been playing disc-free since.

6. Is this the first run of the game, since the update? Or a fresh install?
It's not the first run of the game. I've been playing on this install with my kids for a long time. There have been a couple of updates (all successfully installed, including the last one - 2.19) but none get me past the red MOJANG logo screen, neither does holding down the button combo. For us it has been stuck on the red Mojang screen since September.
We've played since the PS3 days and uploaded/upgraded many worlds through Editions so I am very reluctant to delete/reinstall and lose access to Editions and those worlds they grew up with.
It would be like shredding their teddy bears and burning their kindergarten art projects.

v1.16.201: Get "Drivers outdated!" warning once menu system loads.
Windows 10 Pro on laptop; OS updates automatically; double checked video drivers: both Intel and RTX 2060 drivers are latest and greatest. Was never part of the beta.
Clicking past warning, and using "Hilltop Lifestyle RTX" world, ray tracing produces beautiful but buggy results. Bubble column in ocean looks like it's covered in mirrors. Strange mirror effect on edges of connected glass panes as well.
