Not trying to be rude, but this site is a place to report bugs, not to ask for help. Even if this was a widespread bug, there isn't really a way of knowing, because you have not given any info on how to replicate it.
i have the same issue. I play on desktop with a Keyboard and mouse combo. i have full keyboard imput disabled. While in nether moving is very buggy. i stop holding w but keep moving forwards.
The option is greyed out and cant even be used
