Having the exact same problem, nearly identical logs.

@goldenhelmet I opened MCPE-116252 and it was marked by a bot as a duplicate of this issue. Please reopen one of them.

The linked issue claims the problem is resolved by ensuring "Local Networking" is enabled in app settings. It is, and has been, on all our iPads yet this issue continues. Please re-open, this is not solved.
