Can we rename this bug?

"Baby Villagers don't grow up (visually)" doesn't express the urgency of this bug. This fundamental break in the villagers life cycle is pretty serious when you have spent a lot of time building towns. Soon all my worlds will be barren.

Any chance we can rename this to "Villager life cycle broken in 16.1. Villages depopulating." so the coder will be able to understand it's impact.

Still broken in 0.16.2

I believe manda marie is incorrect. The baby villagers are not breeding. The villagers act like adult, planting and so on, but they do not breed.

All of the towns I've built in Minecraft are now slowly depopulating as adults that die are now replaced by babies that can not create more villagers. Once the adult population hit a tipping point the towns population starts to die off.
