When I saw an update was coming, (1.13.1) even though it was said that iOS issues were being worked out, I was really hoping it would be fixed but I tried after eagerly awaiting all day yesterday and am confirming it does not. : (
I’ve been following this bug for a couple of weeks and I’m pretty sure my kids will be over Minecraft once this issue is fixed at this point. Too bad, I probably would have spent a bunch of money on Minecraft stuff for Christmas but now they don’t play anymore thanks to this problem.
Jonathan Hale, I didn’t really understand your post. How did you get it working? I logged out of Microsoft on all my other devices but how do you log out in an app that won’t boot up?
I've got an idea. Everyone who is watching this ticket/reading this comment, head over to the app store and leave a 1 STAR REVIEW for releasing an app that doesn't work and ignoring the community for so long. That will get their attention. Keep'm coming. Come on Mojang, you can't even at least TELL us you're working on it?! This update is causing a lot of problems with my 2 kids that love playing your game together. The sharing my phone (which I need often) isn't going well. There's a lot of fussing. @Edd had a great idea, push an update that is essentially the last release. They can do without Foxes for now!

Same issue. Model MD512LL/A. Please update to fix or tell me how I can get it going again. I don't want to reinstall because I'm afraid I'll lose saved games.
Problem solved with 1.13.2 in iPad 4! Installed app from 1.13.1 shut down iPad after closing all apps. Powered it on... took a while to load but works. Played with the kids for a while today. Locking auto app update. Thanks for fixing it!!
