added a video file, I have faced this bug, tested it on witches, iron golem and zombies, result infestation doesn't work with poison

tests were made in minecraft bedrock edition version v1.21.51

I am playing in 1.16.4 difficulty set to hard, it seems like unbreaking 3 has less weight than unbreaking 2 and 1, I mined 1173 lecterns and just got unbreaking 3 for 50 emralds.

can confirm issue in android 1.16.0.55

after mining session, I was coming through the tunnel and saw this bug, it is easily fixed by replacing torch but it spawned zombie
