Every entity just checked in newest snapshot: I have some ArmorStands in chunks that are loaded through spreadplayers chunk loader but when I leave the chunk and come back all ArmorStands are gone

No. maybe it is this Issue... but the title is misleading because the entities are not "invisible" but gone until you relog
That's intentional: Closed shulkers need more hits and reflect arrows!
That's because of a different bug! Try summoning them NOT WITH SPAWN EGGS because there is already a bug with spawn eggs!
This is planned and was there since 1.8

Yes they despawn when unloading the chunk even with PersistenceRequired:1b tag
This also occurs if you go to far away: summon armor stand in non spawn chunks, unload the chunk by leaving the area, come back and the armor stand will be gone!
Is also the case with high levitation effect!

@Anon Ymus I'm sorry I didn't test this enough due to the fact I was in a hurry. And yes you are right you can't reproduce this with a normal levitation effect. The problem lies in this one: "/effect @a minecraft:levitation 1 250 true" Please have a look again. Also the bug still exists in 15w31c
