I have this issue when using a custom skin. It says my name is Steve when I am clearly logged in as ISlimeGuy

Your a helper now, yay! This is not an upgraded world and was created in pre6 so yes this is a duplicate. 

I can confirm in 1.18 pre 2 3 4 5

The stripped dark oak log top texture perimeter has a darker (more green) brown then the side texture perimeters.

It is a fresh world. It still works with the pre 4 as well. 

I am aware that I have those settings on but the lag spike only activates when I go through those two swamp biomes and not anywhere else.

It’s still happening in 1.16.230.50
