Also experiencing this issue but ONLY on iPad iOS 13.3. On iPhone and iPod iOS 12.x.x, works fine.
On iPad AppleOS 13.3 and iPhone 5S on iOS12.4. Upon reaching main menu screen, it will suddenly freeze after signing in and hangs completely.
