Yes, apparently @[Helper] Umija5895M ; this is involves with logic or test error inside the program which should be addressed to the appropriate developer department.
The start point from the game should be in sync with the API (end point) on each store provider (given in my case Microsoft Store). Reporting this as bugs indicates this is not realm account issue ,but in game feature that is bugged (which shouldn't be before the Nether Update).
The only solution I can do for now is to wait for my refund to clear and request a subscription termination from Mojang CS. Then renewing the subscription. I will give a try on suggested method to fix this matter in the mean time as well.

I've asked for a refund twice already, the problem still persist. This is way out of me and Microsoft support abilities.

I let my realms to actually expired and able to delete it. Then purchase a new one effortlessly.
