New update: it seems that the bees is not 'assigned' to its original/1st hive. I'm not sure if this is expected behavior or it was intended for Nether Updates.
Test:
1- The hive capacity is 3/3 adult bees.
2- Attempting to make a baby bee.
3- Baby entered the hive. Leaving 1 adult bee outside.
4- The adult bee wandering around. Even further from its original hive.
5- It's not lure-able using flower at the early time. As soon it return to its original hive vicinity, the bee reacted to the flower on PC hand.
6- The bee lured to another hive, it entered the new hive.
I'm adding new comment, to follow up with the realms case, the screenshot given on former comment was the first attempt to extend the realms. The second one (which happened on the same day as the former comment) indicates I have 0 Days Remaining on Realms Plus Subscription.
Today I checked this and receive only 13 days of Realms Plus Subscription. What is this mean? This is problem is not funny. I was asked to pay full for a month and get 13 days only?
Edited: However on Subscription page at Settings still indicates 0 Days remaining.
Note: The Realms goodies like benefits, skin, maps, are not available until now.
I'm having this same issue since after NETHER Updates. I'm voting this up since I already request for refund once and will ask for refund twice if this is not resolved.
Here's my request:
1- Where's the link stating I can subscribe Realms Plus on Microsoft Store (please provide an URL of that store page).
2- What's an option to make Realms Plus Subscription work again like before NETHER Update?
3- I was asked to click CREATE (while I already created my realms) after I click Extend button on this page. Whereas I should be asked to "EXTEND".
Here's a last email I received from MOJANG Helper.

If you purchased your subscription from one of the other platforms (Google Play/Android; Playstation; Nintendo; Windows Marketplace/Xbox; Apple/iOS), you will need to contact that store directly to extend or otherwise modify the account. We do not have access to these subscription services.|
Bad luck Mojang. I've reached Microsoft Support today and they said:
I demand an explanation from this? Is this in-game bug or payment gateway fault? In any way, this is not merely a transaction issues (to put it bluntly).
Update: The only possible way to get the bee again is to rely on random nest spawn on oak tree. The bug is still there.
Yes, apparently @[Helper] Umija5895M ; this is involves with logic or test error inside the program which should be addressed to the appropriate developer department.
The start point from the game should be in sync with the API (end point) on each store provider (given in my case Microsoft Store). Reporting this as bugs indicates this is not realm account issue ,but in game feature that is bugged (which shouldn't be before the Nether Update).
The only solution I can do for now is to wait for my refund to clear and request a subscription termination from Mojang CS. Then renewing the subscription. I will give a try on suggested method to fix this matter in the mean time as well.
Edited:
I've asked for a refund twice already, the problem still persist. This is way out of me and Microsoft support abilities.
Updated:
I let my realms to actually expired and able to delete it. Then purchase a new one effortlessly.
