Just happened again. I closed the game for about 15 minutes and a new version of the game was downloaded in the background from Microsoft Store (1.16.20102) and got colored skies again.

Going to reset the app again and report back if my reproduce steps worked.
@Timothy To I just reinstalled my NVIDIA driver and it did not fix the problem.
To reproduce this issue:
Update the game via Microsoft Store (in this case it updated automatically in the background).
Load into any world with an RTX resource pack.
To fix the issue:
Right-click on the game in start menu, go to More, App Settings.
Reset the app.
This only happens after the game updates from Microsoft Store. Resetting the app in Windows Settings fixes the problem, but it's really annoying to have to go through my settings all over again. Please fix this!
I have confirmed this issue on a server with several friends. @violine1101 may be right that the coordinates of the home hive aren't updating. We found several naturally spawned bees in survival and used flowers to guide them to our base (where we placed a beehive). We then destroyed the original naturally spawned bee nests just in case. Waited for a while and watched at least 5 bees enter/exit the hive with pollen and the honey level (as seen on the F3 debug menu) is still 0.
I can confirm this happening on my server. I did notice the errors (as mentioned above) in console from 1.14 on, but I didn't notice any entities disappearing. It wasn't until we updated to 1.14.1 that mass amount of entities started disappearing. The issue seems to occur every time the server restarts.
@Sip It's probably been fixed in 1.14.1
@Johnibur Thank you for adding this information! I was also going to report that chunks load almost normally when standing still (still not quite as fast as they used to). I will go ahead and add everything else I discovered:
The issue is definitely client-side. I watched the server's network packets while flying around and noticed that network traffic nearly stopped way before the chunks were rendered in-game.
In addition, the chunks still seem to exist even if they are invisble. I could boat through the ocean and over the invisible (void) chunks without a problem. I also noticed ocean (water) particles on the surface where the water should appear. It looks like the server and game are fully aware of the chunk and all the blocks in it, the game just has trouble displaying them. It still displays particles (and maybe other things besides blocks?).
@Ami Sato It's probably a bug in the chunk loading code. Most of the new features were added in the snapshots and 1.14 pre-release 5 worked just fine.
I can confirm this happens on my system too. 1.14 Pre Release 5 was fine.

I discovered this only happens if you leave the RTX resource pack activated when closing the game. If you deactivate the resource pack before closing the game and it updates then it won't cause the glitch to happen. Also, this might not be related to updates because I just had it happen without updating.
