I have the same issue on my realm quite often. Mobs in an area will freeze in place and can't be hit or interacted with. They can be /killed and commands can still execute off of them. New mobs that spawn aren't effected when they are spawned nearby. I have seen it with mobs spawned from spawners and commands.

I also noticed that hitting a pigman from ~20 blocks away or farther doesn't make that pigman aggro. Sometimes I will punch a pigman and it will just leave me alone right after I punch it

I've seen it on Xbox Android and Windows 10

This bug is on all platforms and I have experienced it since at least 1.9

I have known about this bug since at least 1.9, it is extremely annoying when I try to use it for command blocks

Please fix this issue, is has been around since at least 1.9

I should mention I have seen this on Xbox and IOS

I have had a similar bug, I was trying to do some command work, and armor stands glitched out when invisible. However the items of the stand would move corresponding to the player and not where the armor stand was.

This happened to me in my realm as well
