this is not a "Bedrock Dedicated server issue" I accidentally saved it as the wrong type of issue. This bug occurs on the Xbox 1 in the beta 1.9.03

This happens to me too. If you trade with a villager by clicking the “trade” button on the right of the interface(just to the left of the question mark) the trade works and you get the item after you trade. But if you click any of the buttons on the left of the interface, for example, one emerald for 2 lily pads, you get scammed, the trade takes your emeralds but gives you nothing.
