I had a back-up meaning nothing was lost but this could lose people hundredths of hours

As I wrote, I've tried with and without them 

Here is a video on my singleplayer world created on 1.16.5, played on 22w15a snapshot with frogs from 22w13a snapshot. This is only proof I'm able to show. And yes, I've got some datapacks but also I've tried this without them.

Often happens randomly, MC 1.16.5, macOS Catalina 10.15.7

Same problem, often happens randomly. I don't have solution to fix it. MC 1.16.5, macOS Catalina 10.15.7.

In Vanilla Minecraft 1.16+ you need to:

  1. Turn on autosprint (Sprint to Toggle) in options or bind Sprint for any key (for example LSHIFT)

  2. Go to own world or server.

  3.  Come near to some kind mob or players and start sprinting using LSHIFT bind (keep pressed) or Sprint changed previous to Toggled.

  4.  Start Hiting with toggled or binded  key for sprint (for binded key you need to keep pressed)

  5. After a few hits or when MOB/Player attack you.
    It looking like on video which i sent previous [vidio.mp3] - same problem is on vanilla.
    After hits or just after a moment sprint doesn't work and you  to fast double click 'W' key for back to sprint from walk (It's probably bug)
    Please help me, how can I repair it? Some players have this but others players haven't it.
