Actually thanks for bringing this up! No need to report a new issue, we’ve added “Created date” and “Updated date” columns that you can sort the tickets by in the Requests view. In case they’re not immediately visible, you might need to “Edit list view” first, then add/hide the columns you need. That said, I’ll close the ticket for now.

Unfortunately we can’t troubleshoot it to the extent we would need to. Currently you have over 100 requests open, so it could be a Jira limitation in how many are visible in the Requests view. Are you sure that MC-306528 did not end up on one of next pages? Requests view is limited to show only 20 requests per page, and the order is somewhat random, so there’s a chance that it’s there, just on a different page.
Not a direct solution, but in the new search experience you should be able to find all your reports by searching for your username, and refine it by adding summary or description, eg.: ceresjanin123 world list or even a specific issue by key directly: MC-306528. It will be limited to results in given project, but this should allow you to find all your issues.
Thanks for reporting this issue! We’ve rolled out a fix to the production today.
Hello, you probably need to refine “Status” filter. As both of your reports are Resolved, they won’t appear with “Status: Open requests” filter. Please refine your filter and let us know if issue persists.
