I can confirm this bug too. Yes, I own full game. Steps to reproduce:
Visit https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/
Log in to your account as normal
Visit https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/ again
Go to Games -> Minecraft
Click green "GET MINECRAFT" button
Click "Computer" tile
Click "PC" tile
Click "MINECRAFT: JAVA EDITION" tile
You get what is on attachment above.
Temporary workaround:
Visit https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/download
Download and install the game
Use launcher to log in
You can play as expected
I really do not understand, why it stopped working. I think the right button is relocated somewhere else. Like you know "Support" tile or something like it.
