This is what was used before the observer. They are here because they are bugs. They shouldn't work.

By the sounds of it going on steps to reproduce it sound like it uses the piston bug that was fixed.
Roughly the same issue. Doesn't happen with lag. Its mostly just out of the blue when it happens. Happened in my YouTube video the other day. Was walking forward or trying to and it spun me around. Note 4 on 6.0.1 mcpe v. 1.0.0.0

It seems that your device is not able to handle the amount of Redstone being used. The device maxing out on ram and CPU causing the crash I'm not seeing is a game issue. Only because its due to your device not being able to handle what you wanting to do.
No matter what I do i can't reproduce this bug.
After deleting the seed and just adding it back and going to the coordinates posted it was there. Make sure to fly low enough to see changes in terrain on the ocean floor.
I'm going to add seed back and see If I find it.

Sorry I completely forgot my lumia is rooted. Haven't used my lumia in a long while I completely forgot about it. That's why I'm able to access everything. Only been using it lately because of people having this issue. I'll continue to look into ways to fix the problem.
I have a lumia 640xl. You should be able move the file around i use pocket file manager. It gives me access to every folder.
You mean app folders in root? If you mean ones in storage like the mojang folder you can access it just have to find a file explorer in Windows store.
Yes that folder is the stuff needed to run the map. If you put that folder in maps it should work. If it doesn't have the correct name just rename the folder to the correct map name so you know what it is later.
The monument found in the 0.16 seed Russell posted in the comments I was the one that found that monument then passed it on to Russell. We have both found that monument. He asked for the seed and coordinates so he could confirm my find and be able to close this ticket. He found the monument at those coordinates.
I'm unable to keep my Windows phone going to try and find a solution, but when I find the solution i'll post it. Did you try to extract the file on Windows phone?

Easy way to use this file treat it like an rar file. Use a rar app and extract it gives you folder you need. Put folder in worlds folder.
I'm also on T-Mobile, and every once in a while it takes a little longer to connect, but it always lets me play. Most times it connects quickly. I pretty much only play on data.
