@Math Nerd
As I mentioned at the bottom of my original comment above, that I had assumed that only one Wandering Trader is allowed in the world at a time. I was unaware that there is a spawn egg for the wandering trader and that having multiple of them spawned in manually is possible. Thank you for your clarification that this is likely not a bug.
Eric, only advice is to update display drivers but my drivers are the latest as of today.
Just had two spawn on my single player world. Created with Java version 1.15.1 and currently running 1.15.2
[media]Problem is definitively in the Java based Minecraft launcher. When I use a third party launcher like Technic 1.12.2 starts with no major problem.
Just confirmed this on Linux Mint OS running Oracle Java 1.8.0_131.
Snapshot 17w18b not affected.
I should note that after returning to the last snapshot the problem did not reappear.
Sorry, I was reporting for my underage son. Here are the crash logs.
Yes I'm seeing it on 1.10.2 while playing on a server.
If this is still happening why is this issue marked "Resolved"?
Just checked in the newest snapshot (15w34a) and it is still there. I've updated the version list above.
Curious, why does the comment above say Confirmed, but the confirmation status still says Unconfirmed? Is the bug confirmed or not?
Also Linux Ubuntu 13.
Well it seems we have our answer. Sadly it makes no sense to name your tools any longer.
I did use the search function. It came back empty. Who knows maybe I didn't enter the right keywords.
Glad to see that it is fixed.
The keywords I searched for were repair renamed too expensive.
Just wondering Mike Stafford, does your computer have an Intel graphics card?
I've noticed this too. After recovering a Buried Treasure Map from a sunken ship, when you open it to find the buried treasure, you are presented with a map of the local area you are in as if you created your own map.
I've done this with two different maps picked up from two different ship wrecks. If needed, I have a third map that I have not yet attempted to open, but if a video of this would help with the investigation I'm willing to create one.
