Me too! It doesn't go past "importing" and I am able to re-download to get to "importing again. However, music does play in the world...

This bug is not fixed yet, 0.14.0 Beta 1 still has this bug, when you crouch then exit and reenter the world, you stop crouching.
This happens both when I am by myself and when I am hosting a lan.

This may be due to the fact that 0.10.0 requires lots of memory and a good processor to run on. Since MCPE 0.11.0 came out, Minecraft PE requires more scripts, etc. Did you know that a dooledual core processor is recommended and an iPad 1st gen, and all the old devices have only a single core, thus slowing it down and now its too slow. I hope mcpe developers can fix this for your son and others.
