Same problem but the lava is an iron block, not a jukebox. Water is the same as in your screenshots.

Only happens when you're using a Resource Pack.
And the colour of wool is different to what it says in F3 mode.
Same thing happened to me.
That could be because the enderman is chasing you when you are in adventure and therefore is not chasing the endermite, but when you are in creative you will become invisible to the enderman and it will start attacking the endermite.
Just saying, the title says "potion's" where it should be "potions". "potion's" would indicate it owning something, and would only be used in a sentence such as "the potion's effect was…". "potions" without the comma is just a plural. Learn grammar.
