Does the jukebox get placed?
It's not a bug, its intended. It has always been that way.

Try this: /execute @p /summon creeper ~ ~ ~
Because it is not supposed to be destroyed.
It is because, it is not a block in the creative menu, meaning that unless you are a map creator you shouldn't probably be using it, or need to use it. It is the same with the nether portal blocks.
for me it seems to happen when i change the fov, the bigger the fov the bigger the problem

It is because the end portal is lit by the placing of the ender eye, much like snow golems, iron golems and withers.
