Why is this marked as resulved? The duplicate it points to certainly isn't resolved.
Mine does too on a new install of 1.16.3. I found that if I set the mouse sensitivity crazy low I'm able to look around some, but it's so laggy as to be unusable.
I'm using Ubuntu 18.04 as my OS
