The 1.2.14.3 is the version that her friends xbox one updated to that has all the under water add-ons and such. Her friend plays Minecraft solely on the Xbox one so i guess we just have to wait then for Minecraft to be updated again and hope they can play together again after that. I was told that mojang was"phasing out" the windows 10 version of Minecraft and switching to Xbox one version only? Don't know if that's true but the guy that told me that from Xbox support didn't seem to clearly understand my issue.
her friends version is 1.2.14.3. they had no problem playing together before the april update then after the update then they couldnt join each others worlds anymore.
any news from xbox support about this issue? they havent helped me at all and my kid is freaking out without her minecraft...
ok. she says they are playing the beta version and i hope xbox support can help you resolve this cause my girl is going nuts without her access to online windows 10 version. its odd cause that version is the xbox console i bought for christmas but that last update totally screwed the whole game up for her and my son cause he cant join any lan games either since update. so ill be following this thread hoping to find an answer to this issue. thanks
My daughter is having this same issue with her version 1.2.13 and I have contacted everyone I can think of to solve it and was told by mojang it must be a bug and to report it. I don't play the game so how can I tell if the kids are playing in the "beta" version? She has 2 different minecrafts on her xbox and this only occurs with the windows 10 version not the xbox one edition.
Well apparently today her friend decided to uninstall and reinstall her windows 10 edition of Minecraft and when she did that it came back as the same version number as my daughter's. So now they can play together but apparently she'll have to delete her worlds cause the houses and buildings and whatnot are not loading they're just empty spaces? That much i don't understand but my daughter just literally told me that.
