Alright then. I made a mistake here,I guess. Sorry to bother you with this.
Thanks again for your support.
This is not the same bug. I happened to found this when I was dropping multiple items on the ground. It may be related to shadows but this is a seperate issue.
It happens every single time you exit Minecraft(while in game menu, in game settings or in your world or just after starting the game). The game also makes task bar, task manager or any other application inaccessible. Only way to exit is killing the processes using: Win+G(Game bar)> Open resources from widgets menu> Kill Minecraft
Could be linked with high cpu and gpu usage. I can say after the update that enabled ray tracing in Minecraft(1.16.200). I had to lower my simulation distance to improve performance.
My hardware is
Cpu: Amd ryzen 3500u [laptop]
Ram: 8gb (6gb usable)
I believe the blocks glitch happens while we jump with elytra.
I checked and this issue is also present in andriod. Not have been able to found a single surface caves not even the plains. Every cave leads to dead end in underwater found no linking caves. Only able to found some caves below the mountains or hills.
V: 1.17.20.22 Beta
I tried to see whether this bug is fixed. It is not yet fixed. On my android, this even affects all the versions of 1.17 betas.
I am running the latest stable 1.16.221 but its still happening with me. I am having an average laptop but performance has dropped after 1.16 update. Not only my cpu usage but ram usage is also very high.
Render distance:16 chunks
Version: 1.16.221
Specs:
amd ryzen 3500u
8gb of ram
This issue fixes sometimes when you enter the pause menu, then go to other application and then re-open minecraft & play the world.
It also happens with me in 16 render distance even in even in 1.16.221. It goes sometime when you open other application and reload the game again.
Version: Minecraft 1.16.221
Cpu: Ryzen 5 3500u(laptop)
Ram:8gb
Same bug here for Windows 10. Getting inside the nether portal and coming back in or exiting and reloading the world fixes this issue. This is a random bug
The issue seems to be still not resolved. Anyone?
Device: Windows 10 PC
Version:1.16.40

This bug was finally fixed in the Minecraft 1.14.60 hot fix.
Looks like the render distance bug has finally been fixed with no mention in the change log (In Mc beta 1.16.0.55). Can you guys and girls also check whether the bug is fixed or not? If yes then, I would really hope that this update comes out soon😄..

Thanks . I will continue to give reports on the similar bug report MCPE-24148
Also present on Poco f1 (a device released in 2018). I remember i used to get minimum render distance of 8 chunks and maximum render distance of 24 chunks. This bug happened to me in the update(1.13 for bedrock). Still not fixed yet.
Specs:
Snapdragon 845 Octacore (4x 2.8 cores, 4x 1.77 cores)
6GB Ram
Adreno 630 GPU
Android 10( had 2 software updates after the bug and was updated to Android 10)
Probably not a software level(software updates) issue but a application level one.
Yaa , this problem is still not fixed on android.
Same issue for me. Also ,the path finding for the bee mob is also not correct. Even if we have flowers planted next to the mob , the sometimes fly in the opposite direction.
The problem is still happening in the latest update. When i installed the latest 1.6,the world is very slow. However the problem occurs just after updating to the aquatic update(1.3 to 1.6)The problem is not happening in the better together update(1.2.11)
I can confirm this bug also affects versions 1.17.0, 1.17.2, 1.17.10, 1.17.11, 1.17.30, 1.17.32, 1.17.34, 1.17.40, 1.17.41(all stable versions)
