My niece crashed twice while on horses and lost both horses, saddles, and armours....
MY own horse despawned from a gated stable and he had armor, saddle, AND a name. 😞

I know you've just linked this to the other issue...but yesterday I heard a llama dying and I figured out what happened to my missing llamas!!!

It still doesn't really seem right though.

They suffocated.

I had hay bales stacked two high against the back wall of the enclosure. At first I thought the llamas were suffocating in the wood planks I had the torches on (though those planks were up three high), but I removed those, and a llama walked over, stuck the front half of his body in the hay bales and started taking damage and died.

This is really confusing me, because I've played for a year now in many different worlds/realms/servers, and never had this problem before.

BEFORE I would build a portal and light it, step in and go int the nether...when I stepped back into the portal I would then step out of the portal I created. They linked up together. Every time. Never did it create another portal in some random place. I would go in the nether portal in my portal room and step out of it in my Nether Base and vice versa....I built the first portal in our Realm last night and stepped through into the nether....Started building a nether base and mining quartz, then went back into the portal and ended up behind our house and a ways away. I broke the second portal, walked back and went through the first....went and in and out a few times and it didn't create another portal so I figure it was fixed.

Travelled 10k blocks away to my own personal base and built my portal there, went in and started tunneling towards our spawn base...when I went home it created a second portal and dumped me in an underwater cave. I broke that portal, went through mine again and then back, it created a third portal, floating above the ocean....broke THAT portal, went into the nether and back out again and it seemed ok, so I carried on about my work and play....when later I step out of tthe nether to go home and it creates a FOURTH portal and dumps me out....

Now, I understand how the game tries to find a portal...but I'm confused how it doesn't manage to find the portal I built, because it's obviously in range since it's usage is what caused the portal to BE created in the first place...Secondly, I've been in and out of a hundred portals and never had this happen before.

Well our Realm is all ready trash. My husband works far away and the Realm is how my daughter, sons, and I "hang out" with him, and two months ago he experienced the "Blaze death crash in the Nether" and has not been able to log in since. This is just the icing of a festering rotten garbage cake. I got to my jungle finally and used a compass to block-road back to base. I've been following the road and mapping it out. I map it all then zoom out and map it all then zoom out and map it all (so my maps are at 2:4 in the end). I do 2-3 maps and then go back to my jungle and hang them on the wall. Everything went great for the first 8 maps so I guess I was lucky....On map 9 as I got near base (map 10 will be base) I encountered one of these broken chunks on the last corner. I tried a few things...Like, I put the map away and walked around hunting and collecting bamboo on that section...it all did fine...but when I pulled the map out the pointer froze and the realm crashed....You may remember me from such bugs as...."Crashing while mapping" and "item frames crash realms" and "maps disappearing from chests"....I'm our cartographer, and I've waited many many months to be able to map properly. Kept having to give it up when each update gave me new problems.

I'd send more info (like coordinates and seed) but I"m a little tubby housewife gaming nOOb. I just want to play my game. I suspect you guys probably have enough info to be working on this all ready, but if you need more..... sigh...someone would have to walk me through it step by step how to get the Realm off the Realm and how to get the coordinates.

Windows 10, v 1.0.0 on desktop PC

Thank you. I don't know why, but the search doesn't always find all the results.

I see this says it's resolved (because you can't dye all ready coloured sheep maybe?) but I dyed two white sheep magenta and red just fine, but when I try to dye the third white sheep blue with lapis the Realm freezes and then crashes. I'm on Windows 10 1.0.0 on a PC.

ETA: I can 't dye a sheep either, it gives me that same crash.

It's lag.

We are having the same problem. We had this issued before...We call it the "Mysterious Force".

In the case of the snow biome now it's because outside there are like 100 skellies and strays per chunk generating. Armies of them. The lag is generated from the game trying to maintain all of them...Then in the daytime they all burn up except the few in helmets, even the strays...and THEN the chunk has 300 arrows and dropped bones on it. 😞

Yes I lost a fully enchanted diamond sword the first time 😞
It just happened to me again. I was lighting a piece of netherrack and the flint and steel I was using in the fifth slot duplicated into the fourth slot and got rid of my axe. This time I had pressed the number key to switch to it when it happened...Not sure if that had something to do with it, but it is true I use the number keys often to change items instead of my mousewheel.

Agreed, it does seem to be a different problem. I've been playing every day without problem with the animals, but then last night I was online alone and mining away, I had a brand new iron sword I'd just made in slot one and an iron pick almost broken in slot two, and a new shiny pick in my full inventory....I swung my pick in at a block and notice my sword vanished from from slot on and there was now a copy of my pick in slot one, iron and almost broken...the other new pick was still in my inventory unused and there was no way I'd dropped my sword as my inventory was full. I am on a PC in version 0.16.1 in Realms and I was online alone. It's very weird.

This appears to be fixed in 16.1 on my game now. I have taken down old frames and used them, and made new ones and put them up, and moved the ones that were crashing and they no longer crash game!

My daughter fixed this finally. SHe made her game full screen and the GUI sized up larger.

I forgot to edit my post and Lynn's post reminded me that I really should....After going over it in my head and typing it out I realized my diamond enchanted sword wasn't replaced with a tool the zombie held. It was an exact duplicate of the tool in my second hot bar slot. An iron pick with half its durability.

Also, I think it needs to be acknowledged that this is a big enough bug that it's URGENT.. It's made the game unplayable. Of eight players I am now the only one who will log into our realm. And when I do so I only carry three items with me now (iron sword, iron pick, food). It just got ridiculous having items duplicate during zombie fights and having to dump inventories into chests every time someone wanted to feed animals....

Also, curious what animals Troy's Realms can't feed. We have found on ours that we can not feed pigs any food.

Yeah, my enchanted bow acts as a normal box 99% of the time now. I have to hit a mob 4 times to kill it....But then suddenly it will revert back to its enchanted damage every once in awhile and I only have to hit them once or twice.

A lot of sounds seem to be missing from our games here...Like the sound of damage taken while drowning, and the noise a broken tool makes.

My daughter plays on my laptop on Realms. After the update her GUI is minuscule. We even had her set it to small, leave the game, and restart and reset it back to the largest setting and hers is still tiny.

Just to add this is happening in Windows 10 over LAN and also in Realms Windows 10/PE. We are experiencing it also. I lost a fully enchanted diamond sword while playing alone, it was actually replaced with the tool the zombie coming at me swung! And the next day while playing with my husband I lost two axes and my fully enchanted bow while he was feeding animals....then over a LAN game he lost his hoe when I bred my sheep....on the other hand, we now have a lot of wheat and carrots. sigh
It is not always the held item that is replaced, sometimes it will choose a random hot bar item.

We are both on PC. The first four times we were in a Realm game. The last time we were on LAN.
