Hello! I reported this problem too. It looks like the only way to fix is resource packs or old versions. Hopefully it gets fixed soon! Thank you!

Hello Timer RP, I hope you are having a great day.

I have been seeing this issue too. It is really hard for me to control my character on mobile or my touchscreen laptop with the new buttons. Also, I don't like double tapping the down button when flying. I prefer pressing the button twice in the middle of the up and down arrows when flying.

Also, another great feature is to bring back the D'pad from the Minecraft Pocket Edition Alpha days. However, I much prefer the old buttons before they got updated in 1.20.70 Beta/Preview. Hopefully in a new Beta/Preview we can get the old buttons back. Thanks for the report! Note: I am not part of the Mojang Mod Team or an employee at Mojang. I'm just a regular Minecraft Player. No, no resourcepacks. I just disabled them and closed it and open the software and still not fixed.

I was going to report that but you did a good job finding it faster than me. I'm glad it's fixed too!

I've checked and found this bug already so no need for me to add a bug report.

The Video had to be a little blurry due to file size limit of 10 MB
