I just had the same problem in realm server. Was gathering some xp from my zomie spawner, had to log out and when I logged back in the spawner had stopped working. Checked it and the spawner had no zombie in it.

That issue said they shift clicked a item. I just click the item to drag to my inventory. It also said that issue is resolved but it just happened to me about 15 minutes ago.

I just clicked to drag a item to my inventory and it just deleted itself. No I did not shift click.

I am having the same issue and I am using the new snapshot 15w35e.
all the oak stairs I placed are gone.

I have noticed this issue in the last couple of snapshots. I have tried to pick up items with hopper minecart and still no luck. Put a water source leading to hopper, item flows down water to hopper then it show it going into hopper but when you check it is not there.
