There's more than one potion that's not working, but I'm hoping if you can figure out what's wrong with this one and find the solution to getting it working, then I can find out what's wrong with the others and get them to work.

Basically both bottle and splash potions show their effects and the bottle one gives the effects when I drink it, but when I throw a splash potion it doesn't give the effects. BTW I'm testing custom potions created from command blocks.

What if you want to create a custom potion with multiple effects using a command block, though (because I don't seem to be able too)?

This custom potion was generated from a command block before the snapshot, where it did have a texture. Now, it's gone!!
