Additionally, I just tried it on a tablet, and the pop-up window was clearly visible; I was able to close it by pressing the button. I also tried it on a mobile phone in portrait mode, and it seems to be fixed according to the display ratio of each device.
I have been playing this game on this device for over six years, and this is the first time I have encountered this pop-up error. I am unable to reinstall the game launcher because of a problem with my Microsoft login, and since this issue remains unresolved, my local files will be deleted. I haven't installed any apps recently, and this problem is currently occurring only in Minecraft.
There are no cheats, mods, or other suspicious things. It's just a few resource packs.

Me too. It fails to load local skins every time I restart Minecraft.
It seems like you have the exact same problem as me. It is very inconvenient that I currently cannot select all, copy, or paste. (MCPE-241178)
