If the Better Together update still hasn't been released it's 
because 1) they're still trying to fix it, or 2), which is very 
unlikely, the project has been abandoned.

At the very least we expect an update on when/if it will be released. Months of no news whatsoever is not really acceptable.

As previously mentioned by a moderator, the correct place to be complaining about it is in an email to Mojang Support.

Except that this approach means every customer who is not happy about the Apple TV version not having the update has to individually contact Support - and they are all going to get the same canned "No news sorry" response. That seems like a waste of everyone's time - Mojang's and ours. At least this bug ticket is publicly viewable, and gives Mojang a platform to announce any kind of progress. Heck, your response is more info than most of us have received in months.

If you want to play with someone right now, the Better Together update is on various other platforms. Xbox and Switch also support split-screen multiplayer if that interests you.

I think it's a hard sell trying to convince someone to buy the same game again at full price on another platform given the experience they have had with the Apple TV version. Perhaps they should consider a discount for Apple TV players to buy the game on another platform as a peace offering.

Update Aquatic is out on many platforms, and coming soon to most of the remaining platforms - Apple TV is strangely absent from their list.

Can't you at least tell us if you don't plan on updating Apple TV ever again, so we can have closure and move onto another platform?

@ProfessorValko While it may not be a bug, as you can see there are a lot of frustrated users here who paid for this version of the game without knowing that updates are potentially discontinued, and Mojang aren't willing to say one way or the other whether this version will ever be updated again. If this issue is closed, someone else is bound to make another one. At least this way they can link duplicate issues to this one.

+1 waiting for the Apple TV version to get the Better Together update. This version is more expensive than most of the other versions so it's pretty poor form that it's not getting updates.

I got a 4K Apple TV a few days ago and was able to link my account and sign in fine. Maybe it's only an issue with certain Apple TV models or tvOS versions? Happy to answer any questions people have about my setup.

Yes, I can confirm it unlocked on Kindle Fire. Note that an update was not required for the achievements to unlock on both Gear VR and Kindle Fire

Gear VR version had an update in the last day or two that fixed the Beam Me Up achievement.

Updated the Gear VR version of the game yesterday and the achievement is still bugged.

WP10 unlocked for me last night - updated ticket title/description to match.

"So I got that going for me" is now unlocking on Android.

I tried the Kindle Fire and Windows Phone versions - it is not unlocking for either of them.

"So I got that going for me" now unlocks on iOS but still doesn't unlock on Android / Kindle Fire / Windows 10 Mobile

Note: "Organizational Wizard" can be unlocked by switching the UI from Portable to Classic and click-dragging the Shulker Box on & off the anvil - as described here:

I personally cannot unlock the two achievements in question on Android (Samsung Galaxy S5 & S8), iOS (iPhone SE), Windows Phone 10 (Microsoft Lumia 435), and Kindle Fire (Fire Tablet 7" 5th Gen)
