This is most likely the translation team messing up or one of them used Google translate lol
I know this there isn't a fix I'm pretty sure it's when you get a tiny lag spike or keyboard disconnected from the PC for a lil it will get stuck but you can just press w again and it will work and escape also makes your keys break somethimes lol
Try clearing up world space or Chromebook space in genreal
Oh I'm pretty sure his hitbox is being messed up while walking towards a fence this happened to me I had to break it somehow lol
It's because the crystals heal the ender dragon so it's hard to do it you need to explode the endn crystals before fighting or explode it on him of there's one left

Have you tried turning on fancy leaves the same happened to me and I turned on fancy leaves and then it popped up because bedrock doesn't let you only choose one you need to choose everything you wanna change it's not like java!
