Likely WAI. No punctuation would be correct between "on" and "my", since they're part of the same clause. The comma is, much like the "<<" and "~", of feline origin, and cats do not know spacing rules.

I tested this in 20w08a; cannot replicate.

To specify: the top "logs" of an unlit campfire are missing the bottom texture on the left-hand side (facing the direction the campfire was placed in).

This is not "working as intended". Every slab on the shipwreck, regardless of position, generates as a bottom slab. Calling this intended behavior is dishonest, as the behavior seems to be nothing more than a glitch with the structure file, and has no effect but making the shipwreck look ugly.
