Still happening for me on Nintendo Switch. All of the above suggestions.. Uninstall, reinstall, turn it off, activate it again, etc.. None of those fix the problem. 2 or 3 months ago there was an option in Marketplace to download an update for it and that still didn't fix anything.

the real Minecraft support/help? I received the same message. They did fix my issue BUT a Mod on another post I was following about the same issue said to make sure I knew who I was talking to & said it was "phishy"... The support email I got, they did help & fix my issue.. But is it legit then?.. Everyone is questioning it...Why would a scammer fix my problem that Minecraft can't even fix for 10000s of players having the same problem?
