Same with me. I’m on XBOX 1 and have not seen that panorama change ever, though I started on XBOX 1 during the Wild Update.
Also, you need to kill the baby zombie and do not need to kill the chicken.
The disc can be obtained by introducing the baby zombie to a chicken and then when it rides it, killing it. I have not seen any natural chicken jockeys as of the 1.21.111 update on XBOX 1, but I may be unlucky and usually play in peaceful mode achievements worlds. Speaking of which, as of the 1.21.111 update the “Wax On, Wax Off” achievement has not yet been updated for the new blocks.
This has been occuring since the Springs to Life update (1.21.70), and has occured in every update to bedrock since then (up to 1.21.111). It is really annoying, and has inhibited progression.
