It even happens without the game crashing or exiting the world
I experimented a bit with this issue and realized that this glitch only happens with the coordinates unlocker addon.In eckosoldiers 1.2 build 6 video i also then saw the same glitch and he used the same coordinates addon.And i enabled my other addons but they worked fine but when i enabled to coordinates addon then the glitch happened
It seems to have got fixed in the mcpe 1.2 beta but its worth to double check just to be sure.
Thanks for the comment and the command works fine after you put /gamerule sendcommandfeedback true.It was just me forgeting that i putted it to false and i did not know that it also affects /help

I just deleted the data in mcpe and to try if that fixes my gui scale and it worked.Now is my ui back to normal.
I figured out that was not a bug just its changing textures in the order of how java did.I checked on the java edition.The texture with the light dark blue was there in 1.11 but the 1.1.0.9 is the current one also in java just the purple is from a older snapshot.(still 1.12)
I found out that i have only got the bug in vanilla minecraft on my honor 8 since the emui 5.0 l09 C432B380 update (android n),but in 3rd party launchers like mcpe master and modded pe i dont have the bug.I also sended to huawei a bug report but they replied its to do with mcpe.
I agree homies that it would be good for thunderstorms.maybe mojang can make the model like this in thunderstorms.And in sun or rain it changes back to normal.
The modded pe launcher in the play store had my correct GUI scale from befrore the software update.
Even jeb_ did not work sadly.They are all white in the update 1.1.0.5.
I checked the new pc colour pallet change of shulkers and its totally different than the pe in todays snapshot
Maybe but about the blue im not sure.the old blue looks more like the new colour pallet.
I just found out it didnt work because i was multiplayer.The command block is not working in multiplayer.Last time and today i played multiplayer when it did not work.But in single player it works fine.
Befrore the software update i had Gui 4 and now i only have gui 1,2,3

That is the bug which i meant and you reported.
I use to report the bug but it had been said to me that the bug is invalid.
The command blocks does not work sometimes.
But sometimes they do work.
This bug is i think only on Touchscreen devices like smartphones,and i tried to drag and drop different things in different spots,but the Classic UI is now working like the pocket ui,the way how you drag things.
