A friend of mine had the same issue. We installed the newest graphics drivers and then it worked again

Are you in adventure gamemode?
A friend of mine had the same Issue. We updated the graphics drivers and checked the firewall for misconfigurations. Also we uninstalled unnecessary Software then it worked again.
You are using a modded server as far as I can see. This might not be the right place for the bug report.
