I am getting the exact same message logging in. I am using an IPad Pro on the most current release. The hot fix seems to have made this worse. I would like to know if there is a way to delete any characters you may have created and just use the default. Maybe then I could at least play until this problem can be fixed.
I am on iPad Pro with the most current iOS update. I have had trouble off and on since I purchased the app. Usually every other day I offload the app and download it again. Sometimes this helps. Since the hotfix 1.14.1 that doesn’t seem to work anymore. I noticed it usually crashes right after I start getting my messages about my character failed to load.
Somehow I actually got in on Dec 24th and could play, but I’m now back to the app crashing. I wish there was a way to delete those characters I created , then maybe I might be able to play.
