Yeah, I was using an old world, anyways, I will mark this as resolved.... Probably should've thought of that.
Oh, and it was just about all the time... Sorry for the 2nd post...
Yes, that is exactly it, but it also occurred if you were to press the left or right key for movement. So those would be A and D. I wish I could show you guys what I am talking about but I have already switched back to Windows as Ubuntu was just full of issues, but that is what would happen, and that is the best I can describe it to you.

I have found something with water and it's loading... How can I attach an image to share what I am seeing?
Edit: Nevermind, I find it in desktop mode. Also, the only reason the water was flowing was because I placed a block for it to update the waters flow... Not sure if it helps...
