Same issue here. It doesn't generate a crash log. And it only started doing this after about a week on the new snapshot.
Plants won't grow?! So the default is 3?
Wow that actually works.
Same here... stupid thing. I got about 10 people on and now it crashes every minute as well.
Well changed block rendering.. so I assume that might be the issue.
Been running with my world for over an hour now. No crashes or anything.
Making a new world fixed this issue for me. No more crashes.
Well no crash so far with a new world.
Ooops I made a new world.
So I should make a new world?
I too get this same issue. My server sill be running fine for a random amount of time 1 minute - 3 hours, and throw the same error. =/
I re-installed the update, new error.

I'm already running Java 7 Update 60 32 bit and 64 bit.
I've been a server owner for 3 years now. I keep java and everything up to date.
The last snapshot 14w27b didn't have the timeout issue.
Still no fix?
