MC-134046 Scrolling from the newly released 1.13 seems to not be working properly. It feels weirdly slow and takes multiple scrolls to change between items. This was also an issue in the pre releases of 1.13 and is still one in the full 1.13 release. Duplicate

I have this issue as well (Xbox One, Realms, 1.17.40). Whenever I apply dye or squid ink to the sign, it makes a little squelching sound and the text disappears.
