Confirmed for snapshot 16w40a.
The bug still exists.

Removed in the latest pre release.
There were many of issues with the spawn eggs, so they removed them I hope untill they will fix it.

I think thats why:MC-102949 I don't know why all of them, but I can understand why the skeleton horse and undead horse.

Confirmed for Minecraft 1.10 pre-release 1. Still no fix.
